As expected, both Disneyland and Walt Disney World increased prices for annual passes today. Disneyland also increased its ticket prices. Disney traditionally raises their ticket prices in February. And after rising prices last year in February and June after the debut of Galaxy’s Edge, prices again increased today. Fortunately, prices did not rise as much as they did last summer.
Below is a breakdown of the price increases for annual passes at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

Walt Disney World did not raise its annual pass rates for Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach or the Water Parks After 2 Pass. And as you see above, not all Walt Disney World passes increased.
The Premier Annual Pass, which allows unlimited visits to both Disneyland and Walt Disney World shot up from $2099 to $2199.
For tickets, Disneyland introduced a new tiering system to replace value, regular and peak tiering. The new system includes a five-tier calendar found on the Disneyland website. Depending on the day and season, tickets can be as low as $104 for one day or as high as $209.
Disney Max Pass also increased from $15/day to $20/day. For pass holders, the add-on for Max Pass increased from $100/year to $125/year. We love Disney Max Pass and still recommend it, despite the price increase. Plus, Disney did add two more rides to the Max Pass and Fast Pass system, Monster’s Inc and Autopia. Smuggler’s Run will be added shortly.
If you plan to buy a one day ticket, check the calendar online to see which dates are cheapest to avoid paying over $200/ticket. Below is a breakdown of the price increases for tickets at Disneyland.

Walt Disney World did not rise its prices for tickets. The resort did add a $5 increase for its park hopper add-on. The $5 increase is across the whole ticket, not per day. If you buy a one-day park hopper or a ten-day park hopper, the increase is just $5.
For now, those are all the increases. If you booked a Walt Disney World vacation package, your prices will not change. Disneyland experienced the largest increase overall across the board. Hopefully, some tickets still exist with third party sellers so you can grab some cheaper tickets before paying the new prices.
